Most people do not need to be taught what a form field is. They get stuck at the point where the form has to do something — calculate a price the customer can see, route an approval to the right manager, generate the document at the end, or stop one person seeing another person’s entry. That is where this training starts.

Who this is for
- The person who owns the forms internally and has inherited a set nobody documented.
- A team moving off paper, PDFs or a shared inbox, who want the structure right before they build fifty forms on a bad foundation.
- Someone whose forms work but whose calculations, approvals or permissions have started producing results they cannot explain.
Who it is not for
If you want somebody to build the forms rather than teach you to, that is a build engagement and it is usually cheaper than training plus your own time. What a session covers
Sessions are scoped to your forms, so the agenda is drawn from what you actually run. The areas people ask for most often:
- Calculations that hold up. Pricing, quantities, fees and totals — including the rounding and empty-field behaviour that produces a number nobody can reconcile later.
- Conditional logic. Showing and requiring the right fields without building four near-identical forms you then have to maintain in parallel.
- Workflow, statuses and roles. Getting an entry from submitted to approved to done, with the right person acting at each step and a record of who did what.
- Entry views and permissions. Who can see which entries, and which fields inside them. This is where most real leaks happen.
- Documents and notifications. Generating the contract, quote or summary at the end, and sending it to a person rather than to a shared inbox nobody watches.
- Connecting to everything else. Where the form ends and an integration begins, and what belongs in the form versus in your CRM or accounting system.
What you leave with
Your own forms, changed during the session rather than afterwards, and the reasoning written down so the next person who edits them understands why they are built that way. We would rather your team stopped needing us than kept a retainer for edits you can make yourselves. If you do want the ongoing cover, that is monthly managed support and it is a separate conversation.
